Adult Discipleship
Sunday classes: 8:45 to 9:45 a.m.
Wednesday classes: 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
"Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." Matthew 28:18-20
The Adult Discipleship Team invites you to explore one of the classes offered on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. It doesn't matter if the class is meeting for the first time or has been meeting for several weeks or even months; no one hungry for the Word of God will be turned away.
In conjunction with the pastor of Riverton United Methodist Church, The Adult Discipleship Team is responsible for deciding what classes to offer and finding teachers for those classes, and for developing a curriculum library to be used by Life Groups. The Team meets after church on the second Sunday of the month.
