Trustees

Purpose:  To maintain the physical plant and Church Grounds

Functions:

• The Board of Trustees report to the Charge Conference.
• Trustees are responsible for the supervision, oversight and care of all real property owned by the local church and of all property and equipment acquired by the local church or by a society or organization connected with the church.
• Trustees are responsible for the adequacy of the property, liability and crime and personnel insurance coverage for the local church.
• Trustees are responsible for receiving and administering all bequests made to the local church and shall invest all funds.
  

Regular Meetings Times and Locations:

First Sunday of each month Room 124 at 12 noon. Meetings are open to anyone wishing to attend.

Opportunities for Service:

The Trustee Board is typically made up of 9 members each serving for a 3 year term.  Ideally 3 new members are elected to serve each year thus providing a rotation of membership.
